Green Independence
Empower everybody
The principal commitment of Green Independence is now to complete the development of its proprietary technology, New Artificial Leaf (NAL), in order to bring about this paradigm shift, which will enable the decentralisation of the production and storage of green energy with green hydrogen.
NAL is a new-generation solar panel with a built-in electrochemical cell and water purification system.
NAL purifies waste water making it demineralised or ultra-pure, using only the heat dissipated by an integrated solar panel; which is used to generate electricity. The surplus energy – instead of being wasted – is stored and produces green hydrogen directly in the solar panel, thanks to a built-in electrochemical cell. This electrochemical cell can be used for many other reactions such as the recycling of CO 2 emissions through the production of syngas.
