GenomeUp
Connect, develop, innovate

The GenomeUp team has developed JuliaOmix, an innovative platform that leverages bioinformatics algorithms and artificial intelligence to support the diagnosis of genetic and rare diseases.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there are up to 8,000 rare diseases, most of which are of genetic origin, affecting more than 400 million people worldwide, including approximately 60 million people across Europe and the United States.
The JuliaOmix digital services ecosystem is a smart solution that interprets and translates genetic data generated through Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) while securely managing patients’ clinical and biological data. By streamlining genomic data analysis and clinical workflows, the platform actively contributes to the digital transformation of healthcare.
JuliaOmix is used by physicians, geneticists, research centers, laboratories, and hospitals, including for prenatal and newborn screening, helping to accelerate diagnosis, improve patient care, and generate valuable insights for disease prevention and precision medicine.
