Scientifica Venture Capital – an investment firm specialized in innovative technologies – is selecting a profile like yours to join its R&D team. You will have the unique opportunity to present your project, develop it with our team and have a significant impact on the advanced manufacturing sector.

Main responsibilities:

• Conceive and design mechatronic systems, with a focus on integration into advanced manufacturing processes;
• Analyze the solutions currently on the market in order to make strategic decisions in the integration of robotics, IT and intelligent materials for the creation of products and services;
• Collaborate with the research and development team for the design and optimization of mechatronic systems intended to revolutionize a process from its prototyping;
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and discoveries in the field of advanced manufacturing.

Required qualifications:

• PhD in Mechatronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field;
• Experience or in-depth knowledge in the field of mechatronics, electronic engineering and advanced manufacturing;
• Have an innovative project idea in the field of advanced manufacturing;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem solving and teamwork skills;
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage one’s workload.

What we offer:

• A 2-year fixed-term contract;
• An annual salary between €80,000 and €100,000, commensurate with experience and skills;
• The possibility of collaborating with an internal team of experts to evaluate the market potential, technical feasibility and sustainability of your innovative project.
