Scientifica Academy is Scientifica’s division fully dedicated to education, skills development and the promotion of scientific and technological culture.
Through structured, innovation-driven programs, we support students, researchers and young professionals in strengthening their capabilities, fostering the connection between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications.
The Academy’s training programs focus on technological domains aligned with Scientifica’s deep tech verticals.
Scientifica Academy’s programs are designed to identify and develop talent within the university ecosystem, creating a direct link between academia and venture capital.
We engage students in hands-on scouting activities, training them to assess the investment potential of technological projects and to understand the dynamics of deep tech investing. (AdVenture Program)
At the same time, we select graduating students and recent graduates whose theses contribute to meaningful impact in the scientific field, supporting the most promising projects as they evolve into entrepreneurial initiatives and new startups. (Thesis)
We also work alongside PHD researchers to support the development and valorization of their scientific work, fostering its transition toward real-world applications and technology transfer pathways. (Fellowship)
Lectio are lectures delivered by Scientifica’s team within universities, upon invitation from professors and academic institutions.
We contribute through dedicated educational sessions designed to provide students with a concrete and up-to-date perspective on venture capital, technology transfer and the creation of deep-tech startups.
These engagements represent a recognition of Scientifica’s role as a qualified partner for the academic ecosystem, not merely as a market observer, but as an active player in connecting scientific research, academic outcomes and industrial development.

It is a vertical platform where companies can access profiles already checked by Scientifica, while candidates get the opportunity to turn their skills into a tangible impact on the future of technology.
How does it work?
JobStem is based on an intelligent matchmaking process between the talent within Scientifica’s network and innovative companies.
Candidates can explore job openings focused on their technical and scientific skills, while companies have access to a dashboard powered by profiles already validated by Scientifica, designed to simplify selection management and drastically reduce the initial screening steps.
From submitting an application to the first interview, every step is designed to emphasize competence and speed. This ensures that the match with the right talent happens naturally, within a secure environment of excellence.
Who can access it?
Access to the platform is exclusively reserved for:
- Undergraduates and graduates who have taken part in training programmes organised by Scientifica
- Start-ups belonging to the Scientifica network
