ELIIXR-IT c/o CNR-IBIOM

ELIXIR-IT, also known as ELIXIR IIB (Italian Bioinformatics Infrastructure), is the Italian node of ELIXIR, coordinated by the National Research Council (CNR) and including 30 research institutes, universities, and technological institutions.
It operates through six platforms: Compute, Data, Interoperability, Tools, Omics, and Training, providing advanced bioinformatics tools, specialized databases, training courses, and services for biological data generation  and analysis, supported by high-performance computing infrastructure. By providing open access to extensive databases and software, ELIXIR-IT enables biomedical and biotechnological research, fostering open innovation and collaboration.
The Omics platform offers cutting-edge technologies for studying the genome, metabolome, and proteome, supporting life science companies in developing novel products and therapies.
