Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare

The National Institute of Nuclear Physics is the national public research institution, supervised by the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), in the fields of subnuclear, nuclear and astroparticle physics.
It conducts research, both theoretical and experimental, at its four National Laboratories, located in Catania, Frascati, Legnaro and Gran Sasso, which house large equipment and infrastructure made available to the national and international scientific community.
